Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Change of Mind: You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

    • Customer pays return shipping (we’ll provide the address).

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Faulty/Damaged Items: Contact us within 30 days for a free replacement or refund (see Section 3).

2. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us First: Email info@theoddlittlegiftshop.co.uk with:

    • Your order number.

    • Reason for return (and photos if faulty).

    • We’ll approve the return and provide instructions.

  2. Post the Item: Securely package the item and mail it to our return address (provided via email).

  3. Refund Issued: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Our mistake? (e.g., wrong item sent): We’ll cover return shipping and send the correct item or refund you.

  • Faulty item? Email us with photos/details. We may request return for inspection before issuing a refund/replacement.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene/spiritual reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened incense, candles, or consumables.

  • Personalized/custom-made items (e.g., engraved ornaments).

  • Tarot cards, crystals, or spiritual tools if used/opened.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method.

  • Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider (typically 3–10 days).
